TERMS OF SERVICE
S-Foodies Uppsala AB is an e-commerce shop dedicated to providing delicious raw desserts and cakes for retail. Via our website retail store you are able to purchase raw slices, chocolates, treats and celebration cakes. Everything we make is vegan, free from added soy, refined sugar and gluten (unless stated otherwise for customized orders).

GOODS and SERVICES
The description of the Goods is as set out in the Website, catalogues, brochures or other forms of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purpose only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of the Goods supplied. Decorations on Goods supplied can be different from illustrations provided.
All Goods which appear on the Website are subject to availability.
We can make changes to the goods and services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will notify you of these changes.

Terms of Sale
By placing an order on https://www.sfoodies.com, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service (including any sales taxes, surcharges, or delivery fees), and agree to the terms, restrictions, and conditions of the purchase as of the time you submitted the order.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and another confirmation email once your order is processed and sent out.
There are following payment methods available: credit card (operated by Stripe), SWISH or 14 days bill.
Credit card payment is available directly on the sfoodies.se website. Security of payment is provided by Stripe.
SWISH is available via QR - code in the confirmation email. You can choose to make a SWISH payment directly after the check out is completed or on delivery
Bill will be sent to you after goods are delivered (does not apply for PostNord). You have 14 days to make the payment. After that, you will be sent a follow up bill as a reminder. If you fail to pay the bill after an additional 14 days you will be charged extra 50 SEK for each next reminder. If you wish to get your goods by post and pay by bill, you will need to pay in advance
Please be aware that in case we have an unpaid and delayed bill from you, no new orders will be taken until the previous payment is completed.
To make sure your order arrives at the right time to the right place please read and understand our DELIVERY POLICY before placing your order.
Working Hours and orders preparation
Please, be aware of our working hours:
Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 to 16:00.
Orders placed on our days off or after 16:00 are counted as orders for the nearest working day. For example, if you are placing an order on Saturday at 17:00, it will be counted as Tuesday order and can be ready by Thursday morning as earliest.
We need at least 2 working days to complete your order from our webshop. We need at least 5 working days to complete a customized order.
The period of order completion can change due to high season (for example, before Christmas) or due to the size of your order. If that is the case for your order, you will receive an email offering the nearest possible delivery/pick up/send out date.
We strongly advise you to place orders in advance. In case you are planning to place your order last minute, send an email to admin@sfoodies to make sure that your order can be completed in time.
Delivery Date & Time
Orders for pick-up and to the door delivery
In case your order is too big and cannot be completed in 2 working days we will contact you to confirm new delivery/pick up date. You will be offered a full refund if the new suggested date does not work for you and you would like your order cancelled (according to our cancellation procedure).
If S-Foodies Uppsala AB fails to deliver your order/have it ready for pick on an agreed delivery/pick up date without notifying you at least 24 hours in advance (considering that your order has been placed more than 48 hours in advance), you have the right to get a full refund or your goods as soon as they are ready and a discount for your next order.
If we’re not able to process your order for the delivery date preferred, your order will be delivered the next day available.
When placing your order you will be asked to choose a preferred delivery date, please keep in mind the two working days needed to create your order. Door to door deliveries are available from 10:00 to 16:00. If you have a specific time that you want the goods to be delivered please state so in the “notes”. But please be aware that as much as we want you to receive your dessert on preferred time, we cannot guarantee or ensure delivery times will be the ones you chose. The time you choose will be only an estimate. We will contact you in case we cannot make a delivery on your preferred time to find a compromise.
Orders Via PostNord:
Some of the goods offered on our website can be delivered to you via PostNord. Please, be aware that if you are placing an order with PostNord delivery, you need to count at least 2 more working days until the goods arrive to you.
Please be advised that if your order is being delivered via PostNord then your delivery date is an estimated date, as S-Foodies Uppsala AB cannot control the operational hours of the post office. S-Foodies Uppsala AB will not be responsible if an order is delivered earlier or later then the estimated date. We recommend that you place the order in advance to accommodate for any delays that may occur due to PostNord.
When placing an order with a PostNord delivery, please be aware of the perishable nature of our products. As all goods created and sold by S-Foodies Uppsala AB do not contain food additives and therefore have a real expiration date.
Once your order is ready and has been sent, you will receive a confirmation letter by email advising you of this. The expiration period for the goods ordered starts from the day the goods leave our hands and fall into the custody of PostNord and subsequently You.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order.
The goods can be delivered to your post box or to the PostNord pick up point. In most cases it is delivered to your post box, but we cannot guarantee that as S-Foodies Uppsala AB cannot control the work of PostNord.
For PostNord pick up points. Once goods have arrived at a PostNord pick up point, it is your responsibility to pick up the goods before their expiration date. S-Foodies Uppsala AB will not be held accountable if you delay pickup from PostNord pick up point which may lead to the goods in the order to surpass their expiration period. In case your goods are delayed or lost by PostNord, it will be handled case-by-case.
Furthermore if the order was never picked up from PostNord and is sent back to S-Foodies Uppsala AB, you will be charged for the order and the delivery price. If the order is returned and resent on Your request you will be charged for the supplementary delivery. If the goods have surpassed their expiration date by the time they arrive back to S-Foodies Uppsala AB, they cannot be resend.

Delivery in Uppsala – 50 SEK
For every kilometer outside Uppsala – 5 SEK per kilometer
Free delivery inside Uppsala municipality for orders over 2000 SEK
Free delivery inside Uppland and Stockholm municipality for orders over 5000 SEK
In case you are a café or a restaurant that wants to become our retailer, delivery policy will be discussed individually. Please contact us via this form
Delivery Address & Location
Your order will be delivered to the address provided by You during the check-out process. Please make sure the address is correct in order for Your order to reach the intended recipient. Any missing or incorrect information could cause delays or non-delivery.
If we are not able to deliver your order due to missing information or incorrect address, due to which your order will be returned to us, we can resend and/or replace your treats (due to the perishable nature of the product). In this case additional fees will apply and it’ll be handled case-by-case.
For door to door deliveries: if the provided address for your delivery is in a building or complex which is security-protected or gated, it is your responsibility to provide the access information to the courier to hand over the delivery and to make sure the recipient is available to accept the parcel. If the courier can’t access the building, the recipient is not available and/or there is no safe place where to leave the parcel, your order will be considered as UNDELIVERABLE.
Authority to Leave
We want your treats to arrive in the freshest possible condition. Raw treats are delicate and perishable products, they can be affected by hot temperatures especially during summer months. Please make sure someone is present to accept the delivery as treats left outside are more likely to be damaged by the heat.
Responsibility and Safety of Your Order
We cannot take any responsibility for your order if no one is present at the delivery address to accept your parcel or if you are not available to collect your order from Post Nord.
It is your responsibility to:
● provide correct address of the recipient and acceptable access to address provided
● make sure someone is present to receive the order
● collect your order from PostNord as soon as it is made available for collection
We will NOT be responsible for:
● damaged or stolen order if the recipient haven’t been present to accept the order
● quality of your treats or cakes if your delivery has been left outside due to no authorized people to receive your order
● your order getting to your recipient once we or PostNord have delivered to the address provided by you
● goods perishing if left at PostNord for more than 5 days after becoming available for collection
To cancel any order an email must be sent to email@example.com providing full details about your order and your best contact information. An order is NOT considered canceled until you receive written confirmation of the cancelation from us to your email address.
Order cancelation made and confirmed are subject to the following timeline:
● Up to 72 hours before estimated delivery data, you will receive 100% refund
● Up to 48 hour before delivery date, you will receive a 50% refund
● Less than 48 hours from the delivery date, no refund will be offered
Additionally, your order automatically becomes non-refundable as soon as your order has been shipped and you have been notified by email of this.
