Raw Energy Bites

I must confess, I’m not a big fan of raw energy balls. I find them, well, a bit boring. But as I experimented with fast healthy snacks, I came to realization, that raw bites are the best options. Especially when the ingredients match each other perfectly!

Here is my favorite recipe:
7 dates
150 ml dry cranberries
¼ tsp cinnamon
150 ml almonds
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flaxseeds
4 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp raw cacao powder

TO DO:
A couple of minutes in a blender/food processer – and the dough is done. Roll the bites of your preferable size and enjoy!
