Healthy Sweets - With love to nature and yourself

Healthy Almond Cookies


65g melted coconut oil
50g unsweetened apple sauce
20g liquid sweetener of choice
80g almond flour
100g brown rice flour
Pinch of salt
½ tsp of baking powder
Whole almonds for decoration


1. Whisk apple sauce, coconut oil and sweetener together.
2. In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
3. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix with a whisk or a spatula until well combined.
4. Move to the fridge for an hour to set.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.  
6. Roll the dough and cut out cookies. Press almonds into the middle.
7. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.

Let your cookies cool and enjoy!
