Chocolate Avocado Tart

Use an 18 cm round form or 8x20 rectangular one

Base:
10 pitted dates (soaked for 15 minutes)
1 cup (250 ml) cacao nibs
1 cup (250 ml) GF rolled oats
3 tbsp cacao powder
Pinch of salt

Mousse:
2 avocados
200 ml coconut cream
100 ml melted coconut oil
4 tbsp cacao powder
Liquid sweetener to taste
Pinch of salt

METHOD: ⠀
1. Process rolled oats and cacao nibs until broken down into smaller pieces.
2. Add cacao and salt to the crust.
3. Start the processer and while it’s on add dates one by one. The 'dough' should be sticky enough to roll a ball with nothing left on your fingers. If it’s too dry - add some water from the dates, too sticky then add some more cacao powder.
4. Press the crust into the form, leaving a high edge (optional).
5. Process all the mousse ingredients until smooth, pour onto the crust.
6. Put into freezer to set, it’ll probably take around 2-3 hours. ⠀
7. Decorate with freeze-dried berries.
