Say hello:

Tiramisu Slices

Proportions for 15-20 pieces if using 18x18 cm square form

Crust: ⠀
※ 140 g (250 ml) almonds ⠀
※ 75g (125 ml) sprouted buckwheat ⠀
※ 40g (100 ml) rolled oats ⠀
※ 2 tbsp cacao nibs (optional, for texture) ⠀
※ 3 tbsp coconut sugar ⠀
※ 3 tbsp cacao powder ⠀
※ 5 fresh dates (10-13 g each) pitted and soaked for 10-15 minutes ⠀
※ 3 tbsp nut butter ⠀
※ 2 tbsp brewed coffee ⠀
※ 1 tsp tamari ⠀
※ 1 tbsp melted coconut oil

Cream: ⠀
※ 4 tbsp softened coconut butter ⠀
※ 4 tbsp coconut milk or cream ⠀
※ 2 tbsp cashew butter ⠀
※ 2 tbsp maple syrup ⠀
※ Pinch of vanilla ⠀
※ Pinch of salt

1. Combine rolled oats, cacao nibs, buckwheat, coconut sugar, and almonds in a food processor and pulse until almonds are broken down. Add nut butter and run the food processor. ⠀
2. With the food processor still running, add dates, coffee, oil, and tamari. The crust is ready when it starts sticking to one side and forming a “dough”.⠀
3. Press the crust into the form and spread evenly with a spoon. ⠀
4. Combine all the cream ingredients in a blender or food processor (or even in a bowl with a hand whisk) and pulse until smooth. ⠀
5. Pour the cream over the crust and move the form to the fridge or freezer to set.
