Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

※250 ml GF rolled oats ⠀
※3 tbsp GF oat flour or almond flour ⠀
※2 tbsp ground chia seeds or linseeds ⠀
※1 tbsp cacao powder or carob ⠀
※1 tbsp cinnamon ⠀
※Pinch of salt ⠀
※70 ml nut butter of choice ⠀
※2 tbsp coconut oil ⠀
※1-2 tbsp plant-based milk ⠀
※Liquid sweetener to taste ⠀
※Toppings of choice: chocolate chip, nuts, raisins, pumpkin seeds, dried fruits or berries, etc

METHOD:

1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper. ⠀
2. Mix all the dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients.⠀
3. Mix well and form cookies. ⠀
4. Bake around 10-15 minutes.
