Macadamia Bars
INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
※250 ml macadamia nuts
※100 ml coconut sugar
※3 dates, pitted and soaked for 10 minutes
※2 tbsp melted cacao butter
Frosting:
※50 ml nut or seed butter
※100 ml melted dark chocolate
METHOD:
1. Combine crust ingredients in a food processor and run until it’s well combined. Press the crust in a form or a container.
2. Combine frosting ingredients and pour on top of the crust.
3. Let set in the fridge, cut and enjoy!
