No-Bake Granola Bars

INGREDIENTS:

※150 ml rolled oats ⠀
※50 ml cashews, roughly cut ⠀
※50 ml pumpkin seeds ⠀
※20 ml linseeds⠀
※50 ml raisins⠀
※50 ml dried apricots, cut ⠀
※50 ml goji berries ⠀
※50 ml maple syrup ⠀
※100ml cashew butter (or more, until everything can hold together) ⠀
※80 ml cacao butter, melted

METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients very well, your “dough” should be pretty sticky. ⠀
2. Press the mixture into a form
3. Let the bars set in a fridge or a freezer ⠀
4. Cut into bars and you're done ⠀

Useful Tip: The whole idea is that you take oats as a base plus any nuts, seeds, and dry fruits that you have at home. Add something sticky (I use nut butter and maple syrup here) plus a setting agent (cacao butter, coconut oil, or melted chocolate), so that your bars can become solid. Then you can go wild with spices, add protein powder, whichever you want. You can be as creative as you wish.

Voila, your tasty breakfast or snack is ready!
