Dark Chocolate Tahini Bars

Here is the recipe of dangerously easy and delicious Dark Chocolate Tahini Bars:

20 bars, around 40 minutes

Base:
100 g almond flour
70g oatmeal flour
3 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbsp coconut sugar
150 ml maple syrup
150 ml tahini
Pinch of salt

Chocolate frosting:
100g 70% vegan chocolate
50g coconut oil

TO DO:
Mix of the dry ingredients for the base
Mix all the wet ingredients
Mix the dry and the wet. Form the dough
Press the dough into a form. I used 20x30 cm
Bake on 180 degrees for 10 minutes
Take out and let cool down
While the cookie is chilling, melt chocolate on double boil and mix it with coconut oil
Pour chocolate over the dough
Let set in the fridge until chocolate is solid
Cut into squares and enjoy!
