Buckwheat Raw Granola

Ingredients:
100g sprouted buckwheat groats ⠀
50g pumpkin seeds ⠀
50g desiccated coconut ⠀
20g golden raising ⠀
20g almonds, roughly chopped ⠀
20g cashews, roughly chopped
20g freeze-dried peach (or any other fruit or berry) ⠀
40-50g maple syrup

METHOD: ⠀
1. How to sprout buckwheat groats: soak it for an hour. Then rinse and place on a plate or a tray. Cover with a paper towel and leave for the night. In the morning you’ll see tiny sprouts. ⠀
2. Mix all the ingredients and place in a dehydrator for 10-12 hours or on lowest temperature in the oven until crisp. ⠀
3. Enjoy with coconut/cashew yoghurt, almond milk or just the way they are, because they are soooooo delicious!
