Agar Agar Godis

This recipe is genius in it’s simplicity! It’s also probably the healthiest candy you can make

200g lingonberry. Or any flavour you like
250 ml water
1 teaspoon agar agar
Maple syrup. Just go with the amount you’re comfortable with. Also you can replace maple syrup with date caramel

To do:
Blend the berries with sweetener until smooth
Add agar agar and water
Put the mixture on heat. Bring to the boil, you’ll see when starts activating. Mix with a whisk for about 2 minutes.
Pour your marmalade into a form. Let it set in a fridge for at least 20 minutes.
Cut and enjoy

Important. If you use frozen berries, make sure it reaches room temperature before you blend it with agar. Otherwise the mixture will start setting right in the blender.

Do not freeze the candy! Agar agar does not feel well after being frozen
